Our Process

Discovery

The first step is to have a chat by phone, or on Teams/Google Meet if you prefer, to understand the property, your target buyer and timescales.​

 

This is anticipated to take about 30 minutes and is free of charge.

Proposal

Using photos, floor plans and measurements (plus a site visit if required), we will produce a comprehensive proposal for our staging service which includes 6 weeks hire of all furniture, furnishings and original artwork.​

 

Once full payment is received we will confirm the staging date.​​​

Stage

When we attend the property we will deliver, stage and remove all packaging within the agreed time frame, leaving it ready for viewings. ​

 

Photographs will be sent to you within 48 hours of the property being CentreStaged.

Destage

We will remove all our items from the property within the agreed timeframe, leave it as we found it and return the keys as instructed. ​

 

You will be invited to give a review of our service and to discuss further partnership projects. ​​

Pricing

Staging before valuation means the valuation will be higher

Every property is different and so is every proposal and price.  A three bedroom property for example, may have one or more living spaces and these, as well as the bedrooms, can vary considerably in size. ​

​

Our comprehensive quote will be based on us staging your property to attract the maximum number of potential buyers and get you the highest price as quickly as possible.

​

Hire of all furniture, furnishings and original artworks will be for a 6 week period unless otherwise requested.
